There is quite a lot of discussion and disagreement regarding who Jesus is, mainly centering around whether He is \u201cGod.\u201d Let’s let the Bible tell us who He is.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n He is God–<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Our <\/i><\/span>God<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span> shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.<\/i><\/span> Psalm 50:3<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the <\/i><\/span>Lord<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span>, make his paths straight.<\/i><\/span> Matthew 3:3 (quoting Isaiah 40:3 where “LORD” = Jehovah)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the <\/i><\/span>LORD<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span>, make straight in the desert a highway for our <\/i><\/span>God<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span>.<\/i><\/span> Isaiah 40:3<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was <\/i><\/span>God<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span>.<\/i><\/span> John 1:1<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.<\/i><\/span> John <\/span>12:41 (referring to Isaiah 6:1 where “the Lord” = Adonai)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the <\/i><\/span>Lord<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span> sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. <\/i><\/span> Isaiah 6:1<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my <\/i><\/span>God<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span>.<\/i><\/span> John <\/span>20:28<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, <\/i>God<\/b><\/u><\/i> blessed for ever.
